Order Timeline
Our company handcrafts all products within 5 days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Handmade Disclaimer
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
- You expose them to heat greater than 100°F
- You expose them to water
Shipping
Domestic
Our company ships through the following carriers
- USPS
Expedited
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 5 days to be handmade.
International
We do not offer shipping to the following areas:
- All areas outside of the US
- US Territories
- Military PO Boxes
Cost Calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
- We offer free shipping nationally on all orders over $50
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We accept exchanges for the following:
- Defective products
- Products damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped products
To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at support@thebackyardbotanicals.com within 7 days of receiving the product. In the email, include your order number and photo images of the product issues. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
